We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all labels and tags.

• Sale items are not refundable.

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

• Maria Elena Groenewoud B.V. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

How to Return

1. Notify us of your return by sending an email to mariaelena@studiomariaelena.nl, clearly stating your order confirmation number.

2. After confirmation, please send the items to our warehouse address (details will be provided upon request).

3. Once we receive your return, the items will be inspected. If they meet the conditions above, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you may exchange your item for another product available in-store or online (subject to stock availability).
